Finally finished going through my holiday pics and have put some galleries up on my website. If you'd like to see them, you can find links to the galleries and few words about each of them here
Beautiful photos, I have to say your nature and animal photography is top-notch, as good as anyone on here.
You're lucky you managed to go to Tulum on a slow day, I found it okay when I went there last year, but there were so many people it was impossible to enjoy the scenery. Chichen Itza (sp?) looked much better as far as Mayan architecture.
Thanks Matt! I think we got the benefit of having gone at a quiet time of year, i.e. hurricane season
CI certainly is more impressive in terms of the number, size, complexity & completeness of the ruins but Tulum's setting is incredibly beautiful. Next time we go to Mexico, I want to go here ...[link] but I won't be doing this [link]
Yeah, I would definitely not be one to do that, going up maybe...but then I would need to be brought down via helicopter, because that is steep as anything.
I do agree bout Tulum's setting, I would imagine that living there way back when must have been amazing. The beaches were quite impressive, although, it all looked a bit too touristy.
You have some amazing pictures from your trip. The place you stayed looks heavenly, and those sunsets, mmmmmm. Looks and sounds like you had a wonderful time.
Wow, that would be fun (as long as we manage to put on a decent English spring for you and not a wet'n'windy one ) Have you been to the UK before or will this be your first visit?
