Bits & Pieces

Journal Entry: Mon Sep 24, 2007, 3:45 PM
What a strange week it's been: I've been on holiday from work but was unwell (better now! :D) and am going to have to wean myself off my newly-revitalised Apo-addiction and get round to doing some of that DIY we were supposed to be doing last week.

Apologies for the sudden flurry of new uploads these last few days - but in between the dreaded house-related work and going back to banging my head against the wall that UF has become, things will be quieter for a while ;)

The talented ~segami has started a new forum idreamincolor for discussion of fractal art & digital photography, along with a group blog wedreamincolor (for which yours truly is going to be one of the contributors) to talk about all kinds of art but with the emphasis on fractal art and digital photography. So if you haven't already seen them, come along, join up and join the fun!

Thank you very much Gill :D Some took ages to position. Not all maps are as good in the position finder as they are on the actual google earth window but I was in the mood of doing it and had a great time looking at other peoples photos to see what I might possibly have missed seeing in real :D I regret not having had a digi cam earlier.

I am sorry that I don't have photos from Thailand and some of the other Greek islands I had been to. The older I get the more I relay on souvenir pictures to remember a place properly. GG was in charge of taking pictures with his analog camera since we were maried but he stopped doing his duty in that respect much before I got my cam :D

Glad you've gotten over your bug! Yay!

Aaah, home improvements; I was in the middle of a project :worker: when the shop vac's motor died, and it took so long to be repaired that I found other things to do; that particular project languishes still :D

Looking forward to checking out the forum and new blog :)

Great features as always :)
